Coaches, staff and participants must adhere to the following protocols for the 2021 season (subject to change):
- If you are feeling sick or displaying any signs or symptoms of COVID-19, recently asked to quarantine for the past 14 days, or had a known exposure to an individual with COVID-19, please stay home;
- Practice social distancing by staying 2m apart from other participants, coaches and staff;
- Arrive 15 minutes early prior to lesson to ensure Golf & Tacos has time to conduct check-in and communicate any additional safety protocols;
- Please watch for signs communicating spaces marked as designated Waiting Areas or directional flow (where applicable);
- Participants are encouraged to bring their own clubs (there are limited available upon request–they will be sanitized), footwear, bug-spray, sunscreen, water, to avoid unnecessary additional touch points, etc.;
- Dr. Dri’s Hand sanitizer will be available on site, though all participants are strongly encouraged to bring their own individual use hand sanitizer &/or wipes to clean personal equipment after use;
- Masks may or may not be required while on your individual range mat during lessons (as determined by each facility), though participants should wear their mask at all other times, including walking through driving range or patio, riding in a golf cart with another golfer, or any other time 2m distance isn’t able to be maintained. Masks are to be worn indoors at all facilities;
- Coaches will wear face masks should they need to be less than 2m from participants to deliver adequate instruction. Participants may communicate to coach or staff at any time should they not wish to have the masked coach enter the 2m space around their person;
- All coaching and training aides will be sanitized between classes;
- Programs will be conducted in adherence to the applicable COVID-19 public health order guidelines established by provincial governments. These are subject to change at any time and Golf & Tacos reserves the right to adapt or modify programs and events in order to remain compliant with current restrictions.
