COMMON QUESTIONS ANSWERED?

TO GOLD & TACOS, WHERE DO I START?

Unless you’re making some pars and birdies, we recommend you start at MILD or MEDIUM, and work your way up to HOT and SPICY. 

DO I NEED CLUBS?

Our Group Lessons will have a handful of clubs available that are sanitized after each use. Rentals for on-course programs (including the wrap nights) are available to rent at the golf course pro shop. Please let your coach know upon arrival if you need clubs for your lesson.

CAN I REGISTER FOR A GROUP LESSON THAT ISN'T MY SPICY LEVEL IF IT'S BETTER FOR MY SCHEDULE?

It depends. All our programs are designed to provide skill-appropriate experiences to help you build your confidence. If you want to drop down a level to attend with a friend, or take a class that better suits your schedule that’s cool. But if you’re trying to jump ahead, we ask that you wait and grab a spot in the next season. We ask golfers looking to skip ahead to wait until the following season for a spot in the class that better aligns with their current skill level. 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND OR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Golf & Tacos lines up programming with partner golf courses and instructors in advance, and as such is obligated to honour the bookings we’ve made. We do not offer refunds for individually missed dates. Please review all dates in the event page and ensure you can attend prior to booking. We make our best effort to offer a make-up lesson at the end of the season for those participants who missed a lesson due to a medical or emergency reason and made an effort to let us know in advance. It is up to the participant to make the make-up date work. 

ARE THERE ALWAYS TACOS?

We work taco dinners and drinks into the majority of our programs, however, part of our goals are to make learning to golf more affordable so we don’t include it in every night of our Group Lessons (only the first and last nights). For those looking to chow down every time, our community members can hit the golf facility patio or support a local restaurant before/after your lesson with your group.  Your ambassador can help you coordinate at the first session. 

CAN I SIGN-UP WITH A FRIEND?

Yes you can. You’ll be prompted to add their information at check out and they’ll need to make a free Golf & Tacos account to confirm their registration.
